As we all know, a Heart Attack does not occur in isolation. It is often the result of ongoing processes that start much earlier in life, influenced by our lifestyle choices. Lifestyle management plays an essential role in preventing coronary artery disease. Starting these measures at an early age can significantly reduce the risk.

Even in the unfortunate event of a heart attack, immediate actions taken by bystanders can make a difference, especially if sudden cardiac arrest occurs. This is where Basic Life Support (BLS) becomes critical in saving a life before professional medical help arrives.

During the session, we will provide in-depth information on myocardial infarction (heart attack) and a practical demonstration on Basic Life Support techniques, which you can use to assist someone experiencing a cardiac emergency.
