A Memorandum of Understanding was signed on 17 October 2020 between ICAR-Indian Institute of Maize Research, Ludhiana, Punjab and Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute, PO Belur Math, Howrah, West Bengal for facilitating Students’ Training/Postgraduate Research/Ph.D., Seed Multiplication, Material Exchange and Collaborative Research.

ICAR-IIMR is involved in the studies on basic and applied plant biology research with maize as model system (Specific mandated domain within the approved disciplines/divisions).
