Project Title: “Supporting Impact Assessment and Conducting Longitudinal Studies to Facilitate the Implementation of Climate-Smart, Gender-Responsive STIBs in the Learning Labs for Enhancing Women’s Empowerment and Resilience”

Essential Qualification:

Post-Graduate in M.Sc. (Ag.) Agronomy disciplines with a minimum of 60% marks.

Desirable Qualification:

Understanding of West Bengal agriculture system, and rural community; Knowledge and/or experience in FFS sessions, data analysis, farmer interaction, and report preparation.
