The following candidates are shortlisted for interview (physical mode) to be held on 18, 19, 21, and 22 June, 2024 at the Narendrapur Campus of RKMVERI. The candidates are requested to appear in the interview as per the given schedule. The candidates are also requested to kindly go through the note carefully.

Note:

1. In the viva-voce, the candidates can expect questions related to the broader area of Agriculture and Rural Development. There may also be interactions related to the applicant’s graduate-level education.
2. The viva-voce will be conducted in physical mode (offline) at the Narendrapur Campus of RKMVERI, Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Narendrapur, Kolkata – 700103. The candidates are requested to keep their mobile phone (with the phone number furnished in the application) handy for urgent contact.
3. Candidates are advised to report to the reception desk at least 30 minutes prior to the viva-voce.
4. Please bring the following items during the viva-voce: Admit Card, Photo Identity Proof (e.g., Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card), Caste Certificate (if applicable), School/College ID Card etc., Degree Certificate(s); Marksheet(s) or Grade Sheet(s) for the completed semesters/years of your current degree, Marksheet(s) or Grade Sheet(s) of 10th and 12th Standard examination, Proof or supporting documents for any fellowship, publication, certificates of any other exams qualified, College/University Leaving Certificate, etc. Please bring both the original documents and their photocopies.
